The first step to receiving funding is to decide what services you’re going to apply for. Check out this year’s Eligible Services List to see what services qualify. Once you’ve decided on the services you want, it’s time to fill out and post an FCC Form 470.
Some schools and libraries work with a consultant to help them through the application process. If you have one, you can link their account to your organization, which will allow them access to your profile and other information.
How to add a consultant
Adding a consultant in EPC is a three-step process:
The E-rate Productivity Center (EPC) is your window to the E-rate Program, where you can apply for funding, upload and manage documentation, and communicate with USAC. EPC was rolled out in July 2015 and is new for Funding Year 2016.
To apply for E-rate Program funding, you’ll need access to your organization’s account in the E-rate Productivity Center (EPC), the online portal for creating and managing your application, and communicating with USAC.
This post is about how to find your organization’s account and to get a user account.
